Dawn Milk Pickup at Largest Wisconsin Dairy Farm in Chippewa County
On the road by 5am heading to the largest dairy farm in Chippewa County. Lemke Bros. Trucking arrives at Mahr Brothers City View Dairy located just outside Stanley, Wisconsin an hour before sunrise. After a sample is taken the pump comes to life loading raw milk from one of the stainless steel bulk tanks through the hose into the tank trailer. The sun finally floods an orange glow across the country side, it’s a beautiful morning. A short time later, the truck is on the road heading to the cheese processing plant to deliver the load of raw milk.
